At Mendocinos, we want ordering your food to be as easy as enjoying it.
That’s why we offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option — giving you flexibility and peace of mind when you order with us.

Accepted Payment Methods
You can pay when your order arrives, using any of the following methods:
- Cash: Pay the driver directly with the exact amount (drivers may not carry change).
- Card (credit or debit): Some of our delivery partners can accept card payments — please confirm availability when placing your order.
- Digital transfer: You can also send your payment via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App before receiving your order (payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed).
Order Confirmation
Your order will be processed and prepared once your payment method is confirmed.
If you’re paying on delivery, please make sure to have the cash ready or your payment app open when your order arrives.
Orders that cannot be paid upon delivery will not be handed over.
Tips
Tips are optional but always appreciated.
100% of the tip goes directly to your delivery driver.
Unpaid or Rejected Orders
If a customer fails to pay at the time of delivery, the order will be automatically canceled, and future deliveries to the same address or account may require prepayment.
Payment Security
All electronic payments are handled through secure, trusted platforms.
Mendocinos does not store banking details or share your personal information with third parties.
