Orders & Confirmation

  • All orders are placed directly through our website.
  • Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details and total cost of your purchase.
  • If your address is outside the 5 km (3 miles) radius from 51 Rainey St, Austin, TX, you’ll receive an updated total including delivery cost before confirming payment.
  • Orders within the 5 km area enjoy free delivery .

Payment Methods

  • We accept Cash on Delivery, card payments (when available), or digital transfers via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.
  • Please have your payment ready upon delivery.
  • Orders that cannot be paid at the time of delivery will not be handed over.

  • Online Store: Open 24/7 — you can place your order anytime.
    Orders placed outside delivery hours will be prepared and sent during the next available delivery window.

  • We deliver within the Austin, TX area, using our location at 51 Rainey St, Austin, TX 78701 as a reference point.
  • Estimated delivery time is 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic and kitchen volume.
  • We do our best to meet estimated times, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other external factors.

Food Preparation & Quality

  • Every dish is prepared fresh with high-quality ingredients and hygiene standards.
  • We carefully pack each order to maintain temperature and presentation, though minor variations may occur during transport.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it’s already being prepared.
  • If you need to make an urgent change, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Refunds & Returns

  • Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
  • In case of order errors, wrong items, or quality issues, we’ll review your case and may offer a partial refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
  • Claims must be reported within 15 minutes of receiving your order.

  • All personal data collected when placing an order is kept secure and confidential.
