In 2003, in Cd. Madero, Tamaulipas, a dream was born — inspired by the flavors of the sea and a passion for great food. We started as an à la carte restaurant where fresh seafood dishes took center stage, crafted with unique recipes and a homemade touch that made us stand out.
As time went by, our concept evolved into a buffet specializing in meats and seafood, offering a wide variety of ocean-inspired flavors with the same quality and freshness our guests came to love. The success of our first restaurant led to the opening of a second location in a shopping plaza, and years later, a third restaurant with a premium concept — always preserving our essence and commitment to great taste.
Today, after more than a decade of growth and learning, we take another step forward: expanding to the United States with a new Dark Kitchen concept. We bring our experience and passion for cooking into this new chapter, offering an authentic contemporary and coastal flavor with the convenience modern life demands — while keeping the same quality and freshness that have defined us from the very beginning.
